I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. First of all, it offered incredible value for the price. The attention to detail in the rooms was impeccable, and I particularly loved the rooms with whirlpool. The location in the city center was also very convenient, allowing me to easily explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the staff were fantastic, always friendly and attentive. And I must not forget to mention the breakfast, which was not only very good but also included fizzy wine to make bucks fizz - a delightful touch.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

What a lovely traditional hotel we stayed at during the Christmas holidays! The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel at home right away. The breakfast buffet had a variety of fresh pastries and fruit, and the hot chocolate was especially delicious. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the town and attending the holiday festivities. We particularly enjoyed the cozy lounge area with a fireplace where we could relax and read after a busy day.
Our room was uncomfortably warm at night and there was no way to adjust the temperature. We also had to pay extra for parking which we were not made aware of until check-in.

The hotel had a great breakfast selection, with fresh fruit, bread and cakes, as well as delicious coffee. The staff were charming and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely spa bath to relax in after a day of exploring. The hotel is also in a great location, close to many local attractions and amenities.
Our room didn't have air-conditioning, which made it uncomfortable to sleep in on hot nights. We were also disappointed to receive a sales pitch on arrival that tried to convince us to upgrade our room for an extra cost. However, despite these minor inconveniences, we still had an overall enjoyable stay and would recommend the hotel to others.
